By signing up for and participating in the Ultra Pep Labs Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Affiliate Program & Commissions
Approved affiliates may promote Ultra Pep Labs using their assigned affiliate link, referral code, discount code, or other approved tracking method. Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases properly attributed to their account.
Affiliates may provide customers with a 20% discount on eligible purchases using their assigned affiliate code or referral link. The 20% discount is deducted from the eligible product sale amount before the affiliate commission is calculated.
For example, on an $80 product purchase, the 20% discount equals $16, resulting in a $64 net commissionable sale amount. The applicable affiliate commission percentage is then calculated on the $64 amount. Taxes, shipping, delivery fees, and other non-product charges are excluded from commission calculations.
Commission Holding Period & Payouts
All commissions are subject to a 7-day waiting period before becoming eligible for payout. This holding period is intended to allow Ultra Pep Labs to account for cancellations, refunds, payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, payment reversals, and chargebacks.
Commissions will remain pending during the applicable holding period. A commission may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed if the related transaction is cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise does not qualify.
If a commission has already been credited or paid and the related transaction is later refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Ultra Pep Labs may reverse the commission or deduct the amount from future affiliate earnings.
Qualifying Sales & Tracking
A commission is earned only on a qualifying transaction that is successfully completed through the affiliate’s approved referral method and properly attributed through Ultra Pep Labs’ tracking system.
Ultra Pep Labs’ transaction and tracking records will be used to determine referral attribution and commission eligibility. Duplicate transactions, tracking errors, technical issues, incorrectly attributed sales, or other errors may result in commission adjustments.
Affiliate Conduct & Promotional Requirements
Affiliates agree to promote Ultra Pep Labs honestly, accurately, and responsibly. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, deceptive, unsupported, or unauthorized claims regarding Ultra Pep Labs, its products, pricing, services, benefits, or potential results.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, advertising and disclosure requirements, and the rules of any social media, advertising, website, email, or other platform used for promotion.
Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent purchases, self-referrals intended to generate commissions, artificial clicks or traffic, spam, deceptive advertising, unauthorized promotional methods, manipulation of affiliate tracking, or any activity intended to improperly generate commissions.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, owners, agents, or authorized representatives of Ultra Pep Labs or make commitments on behalf of the Company without written authorization.
Affiliate Account & Independent Status
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate account, contact, payment, and tax information and for keeping their account information secure.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other business relationship beyond participation in the Affiliate Program. Affiliates are independent participants and may not represent otherwise.
Ultra Pep Labs does not guarantee any specific number of sales, commissions, income, or earnings through participation in the Affiliate Program.
Program Changes, Suspension & Termination
Ultra Pep Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or any portion of it, including commission rates, discounts, payout procedures, qualifying requirements, promotional requirements, or other program terms.
Ultra Pep Labs may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or abusive activity, misleading promotion, violation of applicable laws or platform rules, or conduct that may negatively affect Ultra Pep Labs, its customers, or the integrity of the Affiliate Program.
Upon suspension or termination, pending commissions may be reviewed to determine whether the associated transactions qualify for payment. Commissions associated with invalid, fraudulent, refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or charged-back transactions may be withheld or reversed.
Intellectual Property
All Ultra Pep Labs trademarks, logos, product names, images, website content, promotional materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of Ultra Pep Labs or its respective owners.
Affiliates may only use Ultra Pep Labs branding, content, images, logos, and promotional materials as authorized by the Company and may not modify or use them in a manner that creates confusion regarding the Affiliate’s relationship with Ultra Pep Labs.
SMS / Text Message Program
Program name: Active Affiliate Group affiliate alerts.
What we send. If you opt in, Active Affiliate Group sends text messages about your affiliate account to the mobile number you give us:
- an alert when an order is placed with your affiliate code or referral link;
- an end-of-day summary of your earnings;
- account notices, such as your application status, payout updates and changes to your account.
How you opt in. Texts are sent only if you tick the optional SMS box on the signup form at activeaffiliategroup.com. The box is unticked by default. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining the Affiliate Program or of any purchase, and you can join without ticking it.
Message frequency varies. How many texts you receive depends on your sales and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@activeaffiliategroup.com
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

By creating an Affiliate account, participating in the Ultra Pep Labs Affiliate Program, or selecting “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
