This Privacy Policy explains how Active Affiliate Group (“Active Affiliate Group”, “we”, “us”), the affiliate program for Ultra Pep Labs, operated by Active Affiliate Group Inc., collects, uses and protects information about people who apply to and take part in the affiliate program. It covers activeaffiliategroup.com, the affiliate portal at portal.activeaffiliategroup.com, and the emails and text messages we send to affiliates. It does not cover shopping on ultrapeplabs.com, which has its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
When you apply on activeaffiliategroup.com
- your name, email address and mobile phone number;
- your city and state;
- your Instagram handle or brand name, if you give one;
- whether you ticked the optional SMS box, and if you did, the exact wording you agreed to, its version and the time;
- the wording of the terms note shown under the signup button, as a record of your agreement;
- how you reached the page: the page address, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid), plus the time you submitted the form.
When you use the affiliate portal
- your account login details (your password is stored only in encrypted, hashed form);
- your affiliate code, referral link and any assigned QR sign;
- activity linked to your code or link: visits, orders, order numbers and amounts, commissions and their status;
- payout details you give us, such as your chosen payout method and the information needed to pay you, and tax information where required;
- settings you choose in the portal, such as SMS alerts or a leaderboard opt-out.
Collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and security services record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the sites secure, to stop spam and automated signups, and to fix problems.
How we use your information
- to review your application and set up and run your affiliate account;
- to track referrals, calculate commissions and pay you;
- to send you emails about the program, such as your approval, your code and program updates;
- to send you text messages, only if you opted in (see the SMS section below);
- to understand which campaigns bring in new affiliates;
- to prevent fraud, enforce our Affiliate Terms and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run the program, and only for that purpose:
- Klaviyo, which sends our emails and text messages and stores your contact details and messaging preferences;
- WP Engine, which hosts activeaffiliategroup.com and the affiliate portal, and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the sites;
- Formspree, which keeps a backup copy of each signup form submission;
- Google Workspace, for our business email;
- Google Analytics, which receives a signup event with the campaign tags from your link (not your name, email or phone number);
- banks and payment providers that process your payouts.
Affiliate account data is held on the Ultra Pep Labs website systems, because your referrals are orders placed there. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The signup page on activeaffiliategroup.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them, and our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to block bots.
The affiliate portal uses cookies needed to keep you logged in. On ultrapeplabs.com, a referral cookie remembers which affiliate sent a shopper for 30 days so the sale can be credited, and Google Analytics measures site use.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your affiliate account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need it for payouts, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention and legal claims, which is 7 years after your account closes. Applications that are not approved are kept for 12 months. After that we delete or anonymize the information. Your SMS opt-in record is kept for as long as we may need to show that you gave consent.
Your choices and rights
- You can update your phone number and other details in the affiliate portal or by emailing us.
- You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@activeaffiliategroup.com We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will reply within the time the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.
Age
The affiliate program is only open to adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
SMS / Text Message Program
Program name: Active Affiliate Group affiliate alerts.
If you tick the optional, unticked SMS box on our signup form, we send text messages to the mobile number you gave us: an alert when an order is placed with your affiliate code or referral link, an end-of-day summary of your earnings, and account notices. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining the program or of any purchase.

We use your mobile number and SMS opt-in only to send you these affiliate messages, through Klaviyo. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell active affiliates about significant changes by email.
